Assembly
Assembly is required on all furniture. We do not ship assembled units. 
We provide with each shipment a detailed set of instructions. 
If your shipment does not have instructions please call our customer service line at +44 1446506704 and we will e-mail you a copy.

We highly recommend two people assembling all of our products.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

 All cancellations on any order that has not shipped will also be charged a 10% fee, capped at $25.

If for ANY REASON, you don’t love your ScrapBox furniture, we offer a merchandise refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Just give us a call and we can arrange for your furniture to be returned to our warehouse.  (A 10% restocking fee may be assessed.)
